Representation

    Eco process is marketing its wastewater treatment technologies and its proprietary equipment in various ways, including technical representation through a network of independant firms. As outlined in our web site, our main interest in concentrated around our SBR and lagoon technologies including our current line of process equipment (screening, aeration equipment, sludge dewatering equipment, etc).

    Representation is remunerated on a commission base only. This system is widely used by Eco Process to cover various markets in selected internationnal territories. The terms and conditions of the representation arrangement between Eco Process and its agents are covered by a "sales agreement contract" and "confidentiality & non-competition agreement".
