Strategic Alliance

STRATEGIC ALLIANCE is a form of business co-operation mainly offered to the Contractors / Consultants and Construction-Integrators specialized in building wastewater treatment plants under a design-build / turnkey, or Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) formula.

A STRATEGIC ALLIANCE between Eco Process and a Contractor describes an on-going intermittent business relationship on which each party can count on, whenever a business opportunity occurs in a given territory. In that case, a business priority with special consideration is consented to each other party in order to work out a proposal together, to bid the project and to treat each other company as partners, would the proposal be successful.

Through this intermittent but repetitive working experience, the STRATEGIC ALLIANCE formula carries a great potential to develop a very effective relationship between the two partners. This results in winning more and more projects while gaining mutual professional assurance and confidence between the two companies. This is an excellent way of developing a long-term and successful business relationship.
