Technology Transfer

   Eco Process is a " technology company " specialized in biological treatment process, particularly in Sequencing Batch Reactor (SBR) systems. The company has developed its own SBR technologies through an exhaustive 10-year R&D program and currently offers SBRs ranging from small to very large projects in various sectors including municipal / domestic wastewater, pulp & paper, food industry, agricultural and leachate generated by landfill sites.

   Nowadays, Eco Process enjoys an excellent position in the marketplace with numerous of its SBR systems well proven and in successful in operation across the world with excellent performance and client’s references.

    The company markets its SBR technologies internationally in various ways including technology transfer (TT). This marketing strategy implies the delivery of a LICENSEE normally negotiated in function of the business opportunities for the SBR technologies and the related proprietary equipment in a given territory.

    The LICENSEE for the basic municipal SBR technology and the related equipment shall include the following:

  1. The right to utilize the technology within the specific territory.
  2. The right to manufacture the related SBR equipment for the specific territory.
  3. One-week training for the transfer of marketing elements and basic technology presentation.
  4. Two-month training for technology transfer to the process designers.
  5. One-month training for a service engineer.
  6. Two-week training for control and instrumentation.
  7. Transfer of various software (process design and other design tools).
  8. Transfer of fabrication drawings for all the SBR equipment.
  9. Transfer of master control program for various SBR applications.
  10. Permission to use Eco Process’ s references and testimonies.

Once the above TT program has been completed, Eco Process shall remain available for additional technical support based on an hourly rate arrangement negotiated within the licensee contract.

Eco Process also offers separate TT for its regular line of auxiliary equipment currently manufactured by the company including the following:

  4. Jet aeration, AirJet™ (pressurized air intake)
