Consulting Mandate

    Eco Process is a "Technology company" Specialized in wastewater biological process. We have developed an expertise to find cost effective solutions in most of the biodegradable wastewater fields, including municipal, commercial & institutionnal domestic wastewater, food & beverages, fruit and vegetables, distilleries, pulp & paper, slaughterhouses (pig, cattle and chicken), dairy and leachate from landfill sites.

    We are not a "general engineering firm" and our objective here is not to compete with the engineering firms. On the countrary, our objective is to complete the services of consultants engineers (when necessary) based on our vast experience of "process & equipment" as per our company name description.

    In that manner, Eco Process & Equipment offers its professional services to assist the consultant engineers and also its direct and / or potential industrial and municipal clients in its field of competence.

Our expertise covers services and / or studies related to one of the following aspects :

  1. Process design. civil works / reactors sizing based on a mass balance carried out on the solids generated in the system versus the wastewater characterization and specific biokenetics, sludge retention time (sludge age) and hydraulic retention time.
  2. Biological requirements. Nitrification, denitrification and phosphorus removal (biologically and chemically)
  3. Equipment sizing & selection. Screening, aeration & mixing, decanter, filtration and UV disinfection.
  4. Design & equipement proposal. Complete process design and equipment proposal.
  5. Budget proposal, establishment of a budget proposal along with a list of the process equipment.
  6. Troubleshooting. Research and resolution of specific problems.
  7. Plant retrofit. Modification of an existing plant with conventional treatment processes into modern solution such as sequencing batch reactor.
  8. Plant expansion. Expansion of an existing plant with additional infrastructures, process equipment, instrumentation and controls.
  9. Plant improvement. Study to improve the performance of an existing plant.
  10. Profesional opinion. Study of a specific problematic with the objective of providing a professional. opinion.
